Foster Botanical Garden will be turned into a magical wonderland with

2500 luminaries sparkling along the pathways weaving through the garden.
Watch the high spirited lion dance, enjoy the music of the bagpiper as the Scottish dancers do their jig,  listen to some Hawaiian music by Mahealani smell the night blooming flowers, see the Mongolian Tribesmen & their fighting knights.
